A Unique Catering Idea

At this weekend's B-List Conference we enjoyed a boxed lunch catered by Design Cuisine and served in a "something blue" box by Smock. The presentation included a sandwich, snack, cookie and beverage as well as a napkin and disposable flatware.

Obviously this kind of lunch may not work for a formal wedding, but if you're planning a casual rehearsal dinner or a destination wedding with several days of activities you may want to talk to your caterer about this style meal.

The boxes allowed us to carry our complete meal, napkin and utensils to our seat - some bloggers sat picnic style outdoors while others had luch on their laps - and then we all took the boxes home as a favor.
